Due to the individualized nature of our handcrafted works, your order may not be exactly as shown in the picture. All items are individually created and decorated giving them their own distinctive voice. We will try our best to match the item in style.

You may call, e-mail, or write us to place your order. Red & White Studios will accept money orders and certified personal cheques. If payment is received by a cheque that is not certified, we will hold the product for shipping until the cheque clears at the bank.

Methods of Shipping:

Shipping will be provided by UPS second-day delivery, unless otherwise requested by the customer. We have found that the shorter the delivery time the less chance there is for damage.
Since all items are insured for the value of the purchase, you must collect on your end for any damage in shipping, directly from UPS or another carrier specified by you.
Please note that we ship Monday through Wednesday, unless other arrangements are made. This allows your shipment to arrive to you before the weekend thus avoiding possibility of damage or loss.

Warranty and Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product we deliver to you is less than represented, just give us a call at 1-780-964-8377, fax to 1-780-463-2601 or e-mail us at info@redandwhitestudios.com within seven days and we will arrange for you to return the item. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it left our store. Please use original packaging to return the item. We will refund or credit the value of the merchandise you return, plus applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and transportation for the return must be prepaid by you. All items from Red & White Studios will arrive unbroken and as represented or we will replace that item upon proof of damage. Once you use the pottery there can be no guarantee against breakage. Pottery will endure for generations of use if the owner exercises reasonable care. Pottery will break if dropped onto hard surfaces. Thermal shock can cause pottery to break. Do not place a frozen pot in the oven. Not for stove top use. Do not place a hot pot in cold water or on a cold surface. Glazes are durable but not indestructible. Burned food can be removed by soaking in hot soapy water and then scrubbing with a plastic scrub pad.

Privacy and Security

No customer information including e-mail addresses will ever be sold or disclosed to anyone else. Only information specific to your order and shipping address is ever in our possession and is disclosed to no one else. We value your privacy.
